Modern Slavery
We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We are committed to continually improving our policies and practices to help combat modern slavery, protect human rights, and ensure ethical operations.Modern slavery refers to the crimes of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking. These practices exist globally, across all sectors, and are a ruthless method of maximising profit at the expense of human dignity.
We recognise the critical importance of identifying and eradicating slavery. It is unacceptable for anyone to profit, directly or indirectly, from exploitation, as the primary concern is the harm caused to the victims of these crimes.
We also understand that incidents of slavery within our business or supply chain can severely undermine public confidence, reinforcing our commitment to ethical practices at every level.

Our Policy
- We ensure our staff, contractors, and suppliers (direct or indirect) are not subjected to behaviour or threats that could amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or other human rights abuses.
- All employees, contractors, and suppliers are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions about modern slavery to a director.
- All reports are taken seriously, investigated by leadership, and considered without bias.
- We proactively review our regular suppliers’ policies and attitudes toward modern slavery.
- Suppliers who do not meet our standards will be replaced by those who comply with our principles on modern slavery and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Customers and policyholders select specialist repairers or manufacturers for their instruments; this part of the supply chain is outside our direct control.
- Where we engage with these suppliers, we will assess their approach to modern slavery to understand associated risks.
- Any supplier found to be in potential breach of the law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
This policy was adopted in February 2026 and agreed by our leadership team.
